Steve's Belated 40th Party

Poyter(?) and the Blues Man hang out

Steve's Belated 40th Party

Matt, Sharon and Jo...after we stripped of our fancy dress attire. Jo looks stunning! How happy are these friends?

We can all use this

Abbey, Tulleyah and I did the Relay for Life this year and had the best experience. The ceremonies were beautiful, and the people amazing. With the Schofield women, we camped overnight and walked our way into a world of survivors, remembrance and love. I'd recommend the event to anyone, the more money we raise the better but sharing the experience would touch anyone's life. This picture is the HOPE that lit our way through the evening.

Daughters

How gorgeous are these two girls? Beautiful every day but uniquely so in their Asian Attire. Love them to bits!

The Kumars @ No: 49

So it was a Bollywood style 21st birthday. The whole family enjoyed becoming Indian for an evening! And the Indian's at the Service Station where we stopped for Ice found Matt very, very humourous.

The Musicians conversation

Matt and Jo discuss future Mustard Seeds intinerary...looking like Matt wants to discuss in an Indian manner!

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

Kelsey's first time on the little stage of the Kids Festival at St Albans... isn't she cute?

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

Betty Bee (aka Tulley) puts a little ice on her ant bite right before her performance in the Scarecrows of Nuture Glen.

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

OOOHHH, I Shy!

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

Pre-performance jitters from these two Scarecrow Girls (looks more like loads of fun)

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

The Doozies perform at the kids festival again this year. These "Scarecrow Girls" share a moment... wonder what's going through their teenage minds?!?! Hmmmmmm

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

My vision for this photo was quite different to the outcome. The snow effect is actually the fog!

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

The ever beautiful Therese, enjoying a moment with Ray's sister.

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

ANZAC DAY...Matt's birthday. Self explanatory photo, the natural progression of the evening.

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

This band were great! The only performers without a CD on sale (there name escapes me right now) but that instrument is something quite amazing.

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

More creativity at the Kids Festival for the littler people.

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

The Poi Pixies workshop at the Kids Festival was a real hit. In someone's head, or back some of the time but mostly it was laughter and loads of fun. It enhanced the kids fire twirling which they shared later that evening.

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

Just had to have a shot with the Wombat's resident "Nana" in it! 91 years of age and starting a Conga Line throughout the cafe!!! I told her I wanted to be like her when I grow up.

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

The best Wild Honey Gig for me, to date! Thanks girls (oh & Matt. A snippet of a beautiful moment.

Who ever said this man doesn't watch his woman while she performs?!?! A quiet observation noticed his eyes never left this lady he adores. Danni belts out the Tassy Tiger Blues at the Wombat on Saturday night. Nice work!

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

Saturday Night's Jam. Much love and laughter was shared. Blessed we are to share this fesitval with such beautiful people.

I am so in love with Ray's Drum! What an amazing instrument; so glad you share Ray. Thank you.

Hangin' out at the campfire... Here's a shot of Jonah, Tulleyah, Jacob and Sharon enjoying the morning sun.

Tradition thrives with Mum and Nan visiting every Sunday of the St Albans Festival, sharing priceless time and a yummy lunch at the Fickle Wombat Cafe.

A snippet of part of the 4 generations in our family. Looks like Granny is unenvious checking out Ab's new sunny's...

Who would've thought that this very space was overflowing with poets, musicians and festival goers less than 5 hours before? Join a jam, or miss out on a seat is the St Albans rule!

ST ALBANS FESTIVAL 2008

A glimpse of the quiet bar it usually is.

The back view on a deserted Monday morning. What was rife with people, laughter, musicians, poets, instruments, music, love is now just like any other morning in St Albans. Check out the size of that tree.

A little piece of St Albans history in the early morning hours after our days of bliss and excitement marking yet another Snalbans festival.

Flattered that Louis chose to stay on and spend the night in the Charnley extension of his life, here they are in ultimate teamwork mode pulling down Abbey's own little "camp" from the weekend. Ooh how we all hate to leave St Albans!

Day 4 Breakfast Fire... the "kids" are looking slightly more worn than even the adults this year. Great Friends, beautiful moments. xxx

Day 4 at the breakfast campfire. Usually these two are giggling their guts out OR arguing and debating fiercely (over nothing much). How serene do they look in this moment?!?!

We became bored with singing on the ferry... eating chips and taking happy snaps was way more fun!

The camera is a great form on entertainment! A little ferry fun on our way home....

EASTER 2008

Hawkesbury Show Fun! King of the Dodgem Cars...

EASTER 2008

Little Easter Hat Paraders at Glossodia Public School. Nice Hatwork Girls!

EASTER 2008

Where would Easter be without a bunny??? Glossodia Public love their "lively, happy, fun, dancing" Easter Bunny. I wonder who plays the part???

Tulleyahs First Swimming Carnival

Tulley, Brittany and Gena... the few 7 year olds in Infant School allowed to compete in this years swimming carnival. Tulley made the District for 50m Freestyle and the relay team with a time of 58.72 seconds. Well done Tulley! In the District Results Tulley came 8th overall for 8 year old 50m Freestyle.

"Get off my Chair"

Up close and personal!

Best Friends

Under the water - which is where they spent the majority of their time last weekend.

Laughter

As always awesome times were shared at Rose Park last weekend. Band Practice turned into a free for all jam with laughter being the song, especially from Abbey! Shae always manages to crack her up like no-one else knows how to.

Us

Matt's most recent Art work which hangs proudly (and largely) on our wall for all to wall towards from our front door. His work is for sale in cards and prints on Red Bubble as Matt Lizard. Check it out when you've got time.

Rest

Another Plug for my Red Bubble work. Isn't she gorgeous?

Connected

This shot was taken at Upper Colo on a private lagoon, where Matt and I shared some sacred "together" time for our 16th Wedding anniversary (yes, it was the long ago!) Check out Red Bubble for some of my photography. Cards, prints etc can be purchased if you like any of the shots...Lucy Lizard is my name on Red Bubble. Cheers!

Missy

Meet Missy... the busiest member of our family. The energy that goes into those sticks, balls and mangled empty plant pots is amazing. Here she's very interested in the camera, momentarily though, where's my ball?

Learning the Poi

Nice work Abbey! Learning how to twirl and fire dance is an art. You've started off brilliantly, well done my child.

Nan

You amaze me! I hope I'm as inspiring and fiesty and humourous at your age my friend.

Hair cuts can be elating!

Chop, chop, chop all around! Nice work Mandy, you are good girl!

Our Lizard Visitor

So calm and sleek. This little (rather large actually) skink was our resident visitor throught our girls weekend. Gorgeous isn't he/she?

Happy Women

TOGETHER.... have you ever heard the definition of a life without men???? Lots of happy, fat women and no crime :) (we do love them though)
